Campground Rules - Seasonal Camping
1. Noise.
Keep the volume of your music and voices to a reasonable level.
Interfering with anyone else's enjoyment of the campground is inconsiderate
and irresponsible and against the rules.
Quiet time is 11PM to 7AM including generator operation & music.
2. Damage.
It is against the law to remove, damage or destroy anything in the
campground including trees, branches, bark and ground cover. No nails in
trees.
3. Vehicle Permits.
All motor vehicles must have valid permits while operating in the
campground.
ATV's shall be operated in accordance with Ontario Regulation 316/03 of
the Highway Traffic Act regarding Operation of Off -Road Vehicles.
Operator must be licensed and helmets must be worn.

4. Speed Limit.
Speed limit is DEAD SLOW: CHILDREN PLAYING!
5. Equipment.
Keep all your equipment and vehicles on your campsite
only.
6. Age.
At least one member of your camping group must be at 21
years of age or older.
7. Campfires.
Bonfires are not allowed. Campfires must not be left unattended and are
restricted to designated fireplaces only. No burning of campsite trees,
branches or undergrowth (fallen or not).
8. Pets.
Pets must be kept under control and on a leash no more than two meters in
length.
They must not be left unattended and must not be allowed to make excessive
noise. Waste shall be cleaned up by pet owner.
9. Alcohol.
Alcohol is permitted in your campsite area only.
Consumption of alcohol by minors is against the law.
10. Garbage.
Campers are asked to have regard for the condition of their campsite.
Garbage and recycling bins are located at Blue and McDougal campgrounds.
11. Fireworks.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
12. Firearms.
Laws regarding firearms apply while in the campgrounds.
13. Sewage Disposal.
Sewage shall be disposed of at designated dumping stations only.
For your convenience, honey wagons are available for rent.
14. Additions.
A flat deck is permitted and is limited in size to 8' x length of
attached RV.
One detached shed is permitted and is limited in size to 8' x 10'.
All other additions are prohibited.
15. Chainsaws.
Chainsaw use in the campgrounds is prohibited.
TERMS
Violations of campground rules or of any law can result in the following:
- One Verbal Warning
- One Violation Notice
- An Eviction Notice (resulting in cancellation of camping privileges
without refund)
This agreement grants crown land camping priviledges in excess of 21 days to
the registered camper and does not constitute a rental agreement.

Management is not responsible for theft of or damage to private property.
Use of the campground is at your own risk.
Guardians are responsible for the supervision of children.
Campsite maintenance is responsibility of registered camper.
Registered camper is responsible for all fees and conduct of his party &
visitors.
MNR regulations prohibit motorized vehicles on the beach at McDougal Lake
